Headband Kiwi Automatic is a unique hybrid strain developed through the collaborative Breeding Grounds program with Sherbinskis. It comprises 60% indica and 40% sativa genetics, and due to its parent strain 707 Headband, it grows taller than most automatics. This strain thrives in temperate/continental climates and offers a terpene profile characterised by sweet citrus aromas.

Headband Kiwi is a robust and resilient strain with a compact structure, closely-spaced nodes and productive branching. Its terpene profile is characterised by a delightful blend of sweet lemon and earthy notes with light pine and kush undertone. Together with Sherbinskis, our breeders enhanced the potency and stability of 707 Headband before proceeding to backcross it with our original OG Kush from our F4 selection.

Growth pattern of Headband Kiwi Automatic

The Headband Kiwi Automatic strain is an excellent choice for growers of all levels due to its robust and resilient autoflowering traits. This plant has an overall indica pattern with the added height and vigour from the 707 Headband, making it a favourite among many growers.

With a relatively short flowering time of 55 to 65 days, Headband Kiwi Automatic has the potential to yield up to 300 grams per m² indoors while reaching a medium height of 120 cm. Outdoor growers in continental or temperate climates can expect to harvest between 250 and 300 grams per plant, with the plants reaching an impressive height of 160 to 200 cm.

Headband Kiwi Automatic produces chunky and dense buds with swollen calyxes, a heavy coating of trichomes threaded with deep orange pistils, and a thick resin layer that’s ideal for hash makers. It's an exceptional strain that delivers impressive results for growers of all levels.

During the later stages of flowering, Headband Kiwi emits a slightly pungent floral aroma that evolves into a potent combination of sour, fuel-like scents with sweet and fruity undertones after the flowers are harvested, dried, and cured.
