Homegrown vegetables like potatoes are always better than the ones you buy from the shops; well the same thing goes for the green herb.
It was the first cultivar that I really fell in love with by looking at pictures of all the selections I could pick between when I wanted to purchase some seeds.
The "Durban Poison" plants did not look like they were pure sativa when I was growing them but they looked very sativa dominant or had a strong sativa character, as they would have said, in the American cannabis industry. I noticed these plants smelled a lot sweeter than indicas, which I at the time blew my mind. This is the kinda plant where I can say the so-called "Sativa high" & "Indica Stoned" is complete BS.

Yeah definitely a strain that always performed well in all the conditions outdoor(South hemisphere) Good parents to bring some mold resistance in some crossing. Thumb up

Depuis plus de 27 ans, je suis fidèle à sensi seed. Toujours l'excellence en qualité ! Je travail dans le domaine de lhydroculture avec des partenaires Hollandais sur Alsmeer. En 1995, j'ai fait goûter de la durban cultivé sur terrasse IN ELSASS à un ami hollandais qui tient un coffee à Amsterdam. Il ne m'a pas cru tant la qualité était là. Aujourd'hui, je me fais plaisir avec le choix qui m'est proposé. Du bonheur ! Merci sensi !

Je fumais parfois cette weed au lycée, il y a vingt ans, et j'en avais oublié le goût. Parmi mes cultures de cette année elle reste ma préférée (avec la Jamaïcan Pearl) au niveau gustatif (mon premier critère finalement) ainsi qu'au niveau rendement. J'ai effectivement produit huit tonnes avec seulement une demie-graine… sous le soleil... de Marseille! Non sans blague, très très bon rendement, ainsi qu'une bonne résistance aux moisissures et autres champignons atomiques…

Yo recomiendo a tos mis panas plantar siempre durban para mi es la mejor raza. Aplausos a toda el banco de sensiseeds. Aun viviendo en un campo los envios son muy rapidos cosa de la que no estoy acostumbrado.

Les connaisseurs en ont déjà entendu parler, cette variété est incroyable et est selon moi la plus "tasty". De plus les fous rires interminables bien connus sont fort présent. Je recommande à quiconque ne savant pas trop quoi prendre comme graine la Durban poison, l'essayer c'est l'adopter. Merci à sensiseeds ! J.N.

I growed durban poison last year outdoor. I started to germinate 1 seed, very late on the 15th of june. Then i potted tem directly in the ground and feeded her with organic fertilizer. I harvested her at the 6th of october, as she was finished and the weather turned bad - perfect tming. It turned out that the yield was 75g of dried buds. the quality of the high is awesome, the quality of the buds is not compareable with well grown indoor weed, but very good considering that this is an outdoorstrain. I really can recommend this strain, especially for those who want to grow sativas outdoor under dutch-like wheather conditions

Germinadas el 10 de abril, cultivadas en sustrato Atami en macetas de 42 L en terraza. Crecimiento vegetativo fuerte, plantas muy ramificadas y de gran tamaño. Responden sin problema a la poda apical. Durante la floración desarrollan grandes puntas de aroma almizclado. Cosechadas a principios-mediados de agosto (Rías Baixas). Producción abundante, 300-350 grplanta. Dificultad de cultivo: Fácil Efecto: Medio, recomendable para quehaceres diarios.

Die Durban ist wie die meisten Sativas nicht gerade für Anfänger geeignet, aber wenn man mit dem Wetter Glück hat ist sie fantastisch! Der Ertrag ist im Mitteldeutschen Klima recht gut und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie in südlicheren Breitengraden eine richtig gute Figur macht. Indoor ist sie überhaupt kein Problem. Beim Rauchen lieber etwas vorsichtiger beginnen sonst ist der Kopf so weit oben, dass er nicht mehr mit dem Körper verbunden scheint. Glatte 5 Sterne von mir!
